JORG JLF.Pro
Description
The JORG JLF.Pro is a rotary/semi-rotary label die-cutting machine adopts latest Rexroth-Bosch (Germany) servo and control system. The system includes unwinder, web-guide, lamination, register die-cutting, slitter and rewinder. The register die-cutting system can be full rotary or semi-rotary die-cutting according to the production requirement.
When using semi-rotary die-cutter, the tension among unwinder, web-guide and rewinder will be the same (different from traditional intermittent type), the material will not run away during the die-cut.
Semi-rotary die-cutting unit adopts one big magnetic cylinder Z160, if you have different pplications, the only job is to change the flexible die.
The JORG JLF.Pro has the characteristic of fast speed, super accurate, easy operation, high efficiency and less cost. It’s good for all kind of adhesive label die-cutting jobs, include short run to long run. If the job is large quantity, then you can change the magnetic roller accordingly, it will highly increase the die-cutting output.
